13 Mar Coronavirus Precautions
In our efforts to keep those entrusted in our care safe, Heritage Pointe of Huntington will be imposing limited visitation effective 3/12/20. The only entrance available to visitors will be our main entrance (Door 1). You will be greeted by a designated staff member who will complete a brief screening with you to determine if you meet criteria to enter the facility. Visitors must not exhibit signs and symptoms of respiratory infection, such as fever, cough and sore throat. Visitors must not have been in contact with someone with or under investigation for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) or reside in a county with a confirmed case of COVID-19. Visitors must not have traveled internationally within the last 14 days to restricted countries. To decrease the opportunity of residents being exposed to the threat of COVID-19, visitation hours at the facility will be between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Limited visitation will remain in effect until further notice. We continue to follow to recommendations of the CDC and remain in contact with the local and state department of health for guidance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these temporary protocols.
